Recognition spotlights women who demonstrate leadership on corporate boards

BROOKFIELD, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, congratulates Board Directors Alison Davis and Kim M. Robak, who have been named among WomenInc. Magazine’s Most Influential Corporate Directors for 2018. Davis and Robak were selected for the recognition based on their demonstrated leadership as board members of a publicly traded FORTUNE® 500 company.

Davis joined the Fiserv Board of Directors in 2014 and is a member of the Audit Committee. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in global financial services, corporate strategy and financial management, and is an advisor to Fifth Era, a firm that invests in and incubates early stage technology companies.

Robak is a partner at Mueller Robak LLC. With more than 20 years of experience and a background that spans law, state government, university administration and information technology, she has served as a Director with Fiserv since 2003. Robak is a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
