Gordon Nixon
Gordon Nixon joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. as Chairman in January 2026. Mr. Nixon served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Royal Bank of Canada from 2001 to 2014. Prior to his role as CEO of Royal Bank of Canada, Mr. Nixon held various positions at RBC Dominion Securities (later known as RBC Capital Markets), including Head of Investment Banking, Head of Corporate Banking, and CEO of RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Nixon serves as chairman of the board of directors of BCE Inc. and a director of Blackrock, Inc. and George Weston Limited.
Henrique De Castro
Henrique De Castro joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. as a Director in 2019 after serving as a Director of First Data since 2017. Mr. De Castro is also a Director of the Board at Banco Santander S.A. (BMAD: SAN) and previously served on the Board of Directors of Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT). He led Cantor Fitzgerald’s venture capital arm, Cantor Ventures, from 2015 to 2019 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Yahoo! Inc. between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, Mr. De Castro held senior executive positions at Google including President of Partner Business, responsible for approximately a third of Google's revenues and President of Media, Mobile & Platforms where he built and scaled the business globally to over 50 countries.
Prior to Google, Mr. De Castro had senior executive roles at Dell Technologies and McKinsey & Company. Mr. De Castro has extensive experience across the globe in the Technology, Internet, Media and Retail industries. He has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a Bachelor in Business and Economics from ISEG in Lisbon. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese
Stephanie Cohen
Stephanie Cohen joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. in March 2025. Ms. Cohen is chief strategy officer of Cloudflare Inc., a leading cloud connectivity company, enhancing the security, performance, and reliability of websites and applications for its global clients. She joined Cloudflare in 2024, and leads corporate, infrastructure, and network strategy and drives the company’s key initiatives in network expansion, artificial intelligence, and its developer platform. Before joining Cloudflare, Ms. Cohen was a member of the management committee at Goldman Sachs, holding various leadership positions from 1999 to 2024 including global head of platform solutions, global co-head of consumer and wealth management, head of financial sponsors mergers and acquisitions, and chief strategy officer. Ms. Cohen serves on the Board of Trustees of the Economic Club of New York and on the Board of Directors of Quill.org.
Harry F. DiSimone
Harry F. DiSimone has served as a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since 2018. Mr. DiSimone founded and served as President of Commerce Advisors, Inc., a consulting and advisory services firm for the retail financial services and payments industries, from 2008 to 2020. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Co-Managing Partner of Encore Financial Partners, Inc., a company focused on the acquisition and management of banking organizations in the United States, which Mr. DiSimone also co-founded. Prior to 2008, Mr. DiSimone spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company and its predecessor organizations holding various senior level positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Chase credit card business, Private Label Card and Merchant Processing Executive, Retail Bank Chief Marketing Officer, Consumer Banking, Investments and Insurance Executive and Chase Personal Financial Services Executive.
Mr. DiSimone previously served as a director at Reliant Funding, Inc., a privately held provider of short-term small business loans, and ClearBalance Inc., a privately held provider of patient loan programs to hospitals and health care systems nationwide. He has also advised a number of retail banking and payment organizations, including The Direct Marketing Association (now known as The Data & Marketing Association), the NYCE Payment Network, Chase Paymentech, MasterCard’s U.S. Business Committee, Visa Global Advisors, the New York Clearing House’s Strategic Planning Committee and the Federal Reserve Bank’s Payment Card Council.
Celine Dufétel
Celine Dufétel joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. in January 2026. Ms. Dufétel has served as Chief Financial Officer at Bridgewater Associates, LP, an investment management firm, since May 2025. Prior to this role, she held various roles at Checkout.com from 2021 to 2024, most recently serving as President. She also served as Chief Financial Officer at T. Rowe Price from 2017 to 2021, and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Ms. Dufétel began her career at McKinsey, leading the North American Asset Management practice and where she was the firm’s youngest-appointed partner.
Lance Fritz
Lance Fritz joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. as a director in February 2024. Fritz served as Union Pacific chairman, president and chief executive officer from 2015 until 2023, when he retired from the railroad after 23 years of service. He joined Union Pacific in 2000 as vice president and general manager of marketing and sales and served in various executive positions during his career, including in operations, labor relations and as president and chief operating officer of Union Pacific Railroad.
Before joining Union Pacific, Fritz worked for Fiskars Inc., Cooper Industries and General Electric. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and earned a master’s degree in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Fritz serves as a member of the board of directors of Parker-Hannifin Corporation and The Business Council. Fritz is deeply involved with community organizations in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Ajei Gopal
Ajei Gopal joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. in 2024. Mr. Gopal served as a director and president and chief executive officer of ANSYS, Inc., an engineering simulation solution provider, until it was acquired by Synopsys, Inc. in July 2025 when he joined its board of directors. Previously, Gopal was an operating partner for Silver Lake Partners, a senior vice president and general manager of Hewlett Packard Software, an executive vice president at CA Technologies, an executive vice president and chief technology officer at Symantec, and the founder and chief executive officer of ReefEdge Networks. Mr. Gopal also served as a director of ANSYS, Inc. from 2011 to 2025 and Citrix Systems from 2017 to 2021.
Mike Lyons
Mike Lyons serves as CEO for Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI), a position he assumed on May 6, 2025, after serving as President and CEO-elect. Prior to joining the company, Lyons served as President of The PNC Financial Services Group where he led PNC’s lines of business. Prior to his role as President, Lyons served as head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at PNC where he played a significant role in building PNC’s national franchise.
Before joining PNC, Lyons held various leadership roles at Bank of America. As global head of corporate development and strategic planning, Lyons helped drive the bank’s growth strategy. Additionally, he led mergers and acquisitions in the private equity business and investor relations. Before Bank of America, Lyons served as portfolio manager at Maverick Capital where he invested in financial institutions globally.
He is a national trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a member of the board of directors at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), and board chair for the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. Lyons served as chair of the Board of Directors of Early Warning Services, LLC, the owner and operator of Zelle and PAZE. Lyons graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Wafaa Mamilli
Wafaa Mamilli joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. in 2021. Ms. Mamilli serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Roche, a biotechnology, pharmaceutical and diagnostics company. Prior to Roche, Mamilli served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital & Technology Officer and Group President for China, Brazil and Precision Animal Health of Zoetis Inc. and led global technology, digital, analytics and cybersecurity teams powering business innovation, growth and customer experiences. Mamilli joined Zoetis from Eli Lilly and Company, where she spent more than 20 years in a variety of leadership positions including Global Business Units Chief Information Officer. As Eli Lilly’s first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), she led the strategy and execution to secure digital products, devices, manufacturing systems and information across the business.
Gary Shedlin
Gary Shedlin joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. in January 2026. Mr. Shedlin has been a Vice Chairman of BlackRock, Inc. since 2023 and is a member of the Global Executive Committee. Mr. Shedlin previously served as BlackRock’s Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2023. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Shedlin was Vice Chairman, Investment Banking, and a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to his time at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Shedlin was Chairman of Citi's Financial Institutions Group and a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard.
Charlotte Yarkoni
Charlotte Yarkoni joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. as a director in August 2023. Ms. Yarkoni most recently served as President of Commerce + Ecosystems (C+E) at Microsoft from 2022 until 2025, and previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Cloud and AI of Microsoft from 2021 to 2022, and Vice President, Commerce and Ecosystems of Microsoft from 2016 to 2021. Prior to joining Microsoft, Yarkoni spent three years at Telstra as President-Telstra Software Group. This strategic growth division focused on new global software businesses and capabilities in markets experiencing digital disruption adjacent to Telstra’s core telecommunications industry. Previously, she held senior vice president positions at EMC and VMware, leading developers of IT infrastructure technology and solutions.
She has an extensive background in cloud-based applications and has held C-level roles for both public and privately held technology firms including CEO of a high-tech startup. Yarkoni has also worked for AT&T, IBM, and Accenture.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Management Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and previously served as Vice Chairman at Ooyala and as a Board Director of the Seattle Humane Society.
