Jeffery W. Yabuki is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Yabuki joined Fiserv and its Board of Directors in 2005. Since 2005, the company has grown through a combination of internal investments and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Fiserv, Yabuki was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at H&R Block for more than six years. Before H&R Block, Yabuki held a progression of leadership positions during 12 years at American Express, culminating with President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services.
Yabuki is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Royal Bank of Canada (TSX: RY and NYSE: RY) and Ixonia Bancshares, Inc. He is also a trustee of the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Frank J. Bisignano is President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Fiserv, Inc.
Bisignano previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation. During his tenure at First Data, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century. He also improved the company’s balance sheet, leading a $3.5 billion private placement in the company and its $2.6 billion initial public offering in 2015, the largest U.S. IPO of the year.
Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bisignano has also served in multiple leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services unit.
Among his non-profit commitments, he serves on the boards of the Partnership for New York City, the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, The Perelman Center for Performing Arts at the World Trade Center, the Mount Sinai Health System, the advisory board for the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and The Battery Conservancy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Humana Inc.
Guy Chiarello is Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, Inc., where he oversees the company’s technology and operations with a focus on driving innovation and delivering superior value for clients through the development and delivery of leading technology and targeted innovation.
Chiarello has been at the forefront of banking, technology, and innovation for more than 30 years. He has led product development and technology for three Fortune 500 companies and is recognized as a leader in the technology industry.
Prior to Fiserv, Chiarello was the President of First Data Corporation, the global leader in commerce-enabling technology. Prior to First Data, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he led global technology across all lines of business in more than 60 countries. Previously, he also served as the CIO of Morgan Stanley, where he began his career in financial services.
Chiarello has been recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor magazine among its “Top Tech 50” and by Information Week as a “Global CIO Top 50”, was a NASSCOM CIO of the Year and is considered a key advisor by many leading Silicon Valley companies and technology CEOs in the industry. He is a philanthropic leader who has been recognized by numerous organizations for his charitable efforts.
Christopher (Chris) M. Foskett is Executive Vice President, Global Sales at Fiserv, Inc. As head of the company’s sales organization, Foskett utilizes his extensive financial services sector experience to help connect clients with the solutions and services that are right for their business.
Previously, Foskett served as Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions at First Data Corporation. Before joining First Data, Foskett was the Managing Director, Head of North American Treasury Services and Global Head of Sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Foskett also spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of key executive roles, including Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Global Sales for Transaction Services and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Corporate Bank.
Robert (Bob) Hau is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Fiserv, Inc. and provides oversight for all financial functions of the company.
Hau has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company. At TE Connectivity, Hau was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives.
Previously, Hau served as Chief Financial Officer for Lennox International Inc. Hau also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive financial and operations leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.
Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
Lynn S. McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Fiserv, Inc., where she is responsible for the legal affairs of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance. McCreary joined Fiserv in March 2010 and became the Chief Legal Officer in 2013.
McCreary has over 35 years of experience in business and management. Prior to joining Fiserv, McCreary was a partner with Bryan Cave, LLP, where she represented commercial, retail, financial and insurance companies, and held numerous leadership roles, including managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office. She began her career in financial services with Citicorp Person to Person.
McCreary holds a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Western New England College.
Devin B. McGranahan is Executive Vice President and Senior Group President at Fiserv, Inc. McGranahan oversees the company’s merchant, biller, global digital commerce, integrated software, Telecheck, B2B, merchant fraud prevention, small and medium business (SMB) financing and Clover® solutions, as well as the company’s Investment Services business
With more than 25 years of business and leadership experience, McGranahan previously served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Company, engaging with leading financial services companies on a broad range of strategy, payments and business-building opportunities. McGranahan also held a variety of management roles at the firm, including Co-Leader of the North America Financial Services Practice and Leader of the Global Insurance Practice.
Byron C. Vielehr is Executive Vice President and Senior Group President at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, he leads the delivery of digital, commercial and account processing capabilities for banks and credit unions, with a focus on enabling high-quality integrated technology experiences that reflect how people live and work today.
Previously, Vielehr served as Chief Administrative Officer and as Group President of Depository Institution Services at Fiserv, honing a commitment to excellence to clients that continues into his current role.
Vielehr has more than 25 years of technology and financial services experience. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served as President of International and Global Operations for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), where he was responsible for all D&B businesses outside of North America and led operations globally. Among other executive roles at D&B Vielehr was also President of North America.
Vielehr has also held senior executive positions at Northstar Systems, Merrill Lynch, as well as Strong Mutual Funds, Thrivent and SST Inc.
