Score of 100 on Disability Equality Index reflects company’s commitment to provide access, tools, and benefits to enable full, meaningful engagement for all associates

Fiserv scored the highest possible score of 100 on the 2022 Disability Equality Index (DEI), the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool to measure disability workplace inclusion.
The DEI, now in its eighth year, was launched by Disability:IN and The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) to help businesses make a positive impact on the unemployment and underemployment of people with disabilities.
