Jeffery W. Yabuki is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a global leader in technology and payments that enables commerce, banking and the safe and secure movement of money. With approximately 44,000 associates, the company serves thousands of financial institutions and millions of businesses in more than 100 countries and had $15.8 billion in pro forma revenue* in 2019. In 2020, Fiserv was recognized among FORTUNE World's Most Admired Companies® for a seventh consecutive year.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Yabuki joined Fiserv and its Board of Directors in 2005. Under his leadership, the company has transformed from a traditional holding company model into an integrated operating company focused on providing best-in-class financial and payments software, services and solutions that enable people to move and manage money at the point of thought.
Since 2005, the company has grown through a combination of internal investments and strategic acquisitions. With the acquisition of First Data in 2019, Yabuki expanded the company’s ability to deliver differentiated value to its clients through market-leading fintech and payments solutions for financial institutions, corporate and merchant clients, and consumers.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Yabuki was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at H&R Block for more than six years. Before H&R Block, Yabuki held a progression of leadership positions during 12 years at American Express, culminating with President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services.
Yabuki is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Royal Bank of Canada (TSX: RY and NYSE: RY) and Ixonia Bancshares, Inc. He is also a trustee of the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Frank J. Bisignano is President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a global leader in technology and payments that enables commerce, banking and the safe and secure movement of money. Bisignano previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation until the company’s acquisition by Fiserv in July 2019. During his tenure at First Data, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century. He also improved the company’s balance sheet, leading a $3.5 billion private placement in the company and its $2.6 billion initial public offering in 2015, the largest U.S. IPO that year.
Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bisignano has also served in leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services business and a member of its Management Committee.
Among his non-profit commitments, he serves on the boards of the Partnership for New York City, the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center, The Perelman Center for Performing Arts at the World Trade Center, the Mount Sinai Health System, the advisory board for the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and The Battery Conservancy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Humana Inc.

Alison Davis has served as a Director at Fiserv, Inc. since 2014 and co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of Fifth Era, a firm that invests in and develops early stage technology companies. Prior to Fifth Era, she was the Managing Partner of Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm serving the financial services sector, from 2004 to 2010. Prior to joining Belvedere, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Global Investors, an institutional asset manager that is now part of BlackRock, Inc., from 2000 to 2003, a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, Inc., a leading global management consulting firm, from 1993 to 2000, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, another leading global management consulting firm, from 1984 to 1993.
In the past five years, in addition to Fiserv, Ms. Davis has served as a director at the following publicly traded companies: Ooma, Inc. (current), a consumer telecommunications company, SVB Financial Group (current), a financial services and bank holding company, Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (former), a British bank holding company, Unisys Corporation (former), a global information technology company, Diamond Foods, Inc. (former), a packaged food company, and Xoom Corporation (former), a digital money transfer provider. She also serves as a director at Collibra NV, a privately held data governance software company.
Henrique De Castro joined the Board of Fiserv, Inc. as a Director in 2019 after serving as a Director of First Data since 2017. Mr. De Castro is also a Director of the Board at Banco Santander S.A. (BMAD: SAN) and Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT). He led Cantor Fitzgerald’s venture capital arm, Cantor Ventures, from 2015 to 2019 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Yahoo! Inc. between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, Mr. De Castro held senior executive positions at Google including President of Partner Business, responsible for approximately a third of Google's revenues and President of Media, Mobile & Platforms where he built and scaled the business globally to over 50 countries.
Prior to Google, Mr. De Castro had senior executive roles at Dell Technologies and McKinsey & Company. Mr. De Castro has extensive experience across the globe in the Technology, Internet, Media and Retail industries. He has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a Bachelor in Business and Economics from ISEG in Lisbon. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese
Harry F. DiSimone has served as a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since 2018. Mr. DiSimone founded and has served as President of Commerce Advisors, Inc., a consulting and advisory services firm for the retail financial services and payments industries, since 2008. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Co-Managing Partner of Encore Financial Partners, Inc., a company focused on the acquisition and management of banking organizations in the United States, which Mr. DiSimone also co-founded. Prior to 2008, Mr. DiSimone spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company and its predecessor organizations holding various senior level positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Chase credit card business, Private Label Card and Merchant Processing Executive, Retail Bank Chief Marketing Officer, Consumer Banking, Investments and Insurance Executive and Chase Personal Financial Services Executive.
Mr. DiSimone also currently serves as a director at Reliant Funding, Inc., a privately held provider of short-term small business loans, and ClearBalance Inc., a privately held provider of patient loan programs to hospitals and health care systems nationwide.
Mr. DiSimone previously advised a number of retail banking and payment organizations, including The Direct Marketing Association (now known as The Data & Marketing Association), the NYCE Payment Network, Chase Paymentech, MasterCard’s U.S. Business Committee, Visa Global Advisors, the New York Clearing House’s Strategic Planning Committee and the Federal Reserve Bank’s Payment Card Council.
Dennis F. Lynch has served as a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Lynch is a director, and former Chairman, of the Secure Remote Payments Council, a cross-industry organization dedicated to accelerating the growth, development and market adoption of more secure e-commerce and mobile payments. Mr. Lynch served as Chairman of Cardtronics plc, a publicly traded company and the largest owner and operator of retail ATMs worldwide, from 2010 until his retirement in 2018 and as a director of Cardtronics from 2008 to 2018. He also previously served as: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RightPath Payments, Inc. from 2005 to 2008; a director of Open Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2007; President and Chief Executive Officer of NYCE Corporation from 1996 to 2004. Mr. Lynch was employed by Fleet Financial Group from 1981 until 1994 where he was Senior Vice President in charge of retail payment products. While at the bank he also served as a founding director and Chairman of Yankee 24 ATM Network from 1988 to 1990.

Heidi G. Miller joined the Fiserv Board of Directors in 2019 after serving on the Board of First Data since 2014. She is an accomplished senior executive in the financial services industry. Prior to retiring in 2012, Ms. Miller was president of JPMorgan International, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Before that she served as CEO of JPMorgan Chase’s Treasury and Security Services, leading 35,000 people in 50 countries. Ms. Miller also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Bank One Corporation. She has held other CFO positions including at the Travelers Group and later at Citigroup.
Ms. Miller has an extensive background leading diverse companies and organizations. She has been a director of HSBC Holdings PLC since 2014. Previously she served as a director of Progressive Corp. from 2011 to 2014, General Mills Inc. from 1999 to 2019, and as a trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.
Ms. Miller was featured in American Banker's Most Powerful Women ranking from 2003-2010 and was No. 1 on the banking list from 2007-2009. In 2008, she topped Crain's list of the “50 Most Powerful Women in New York”.
Ms. Miller graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in history and completed her doctorate in history at Yale University in 1979.
Scott C. Nuttall joined the Fiserv Board of Directors in 2019 after serving on the Board of First Data since 2007. He is the Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer and a director of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S., summa cum-laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Denis J. O'Leary has served as a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since 2008. Mr. O’Leary is a private investor, and from 2009 to 2015, he served as Co-Managing Partner of Encore Financial Partners, Inc., a company focused on the acquisition and management of banking organizations in the United States. From 2006 to 2009, he was a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group with respect to the enterprise technology, financial services and consumer payments industries. Through 2003, he spent 25 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors in various capacities, including Director of Finance, Chief Information Officer, Head of Retail and Small Business Banking, Managing Executive of Lab Morgan (strategic equity investment in fin-tech) and Executive Vice President. He has a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Stern School at NYU.
Mr. O’Leary also currently serves as a director at CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded computer security software company, and Ventiv Technology, Inc., a privately held provider of software solutions for risk management, claims administration and policy administration.
Doyle R. Simons has served as a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Simons served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Weyerhaeuser Company, a publicly traded company focused on timberlands and forest products, from 2013 to 2018. He then served as a senior advisor at Weyerhaeuser until his retirement in April 2019. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser in 2013, Mr. Simons served in a variety of roles for Temple-Inland, Inc., a manufacturing company focused on corrugated packaging and building products which was acquired in 2012. From 2007 to early 2012, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; from 2005 to 2007, he was Executive Vice President; from 2003 to 2005, he served as its Chief Administrative Officer; from 2000 to 2003, he was Vice President – Administration; and from 1994 to 2000, he served as Director of Investor Relations.
