Jeffery W. Yabuki

Jeffery W. Yabuki is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a Fortune 500 Company. Headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., Fiserv is ranked No. 1 on the FinTech 100 list of global technology providers to the financial services industry. Fiserv has approximately 20,000 employees and serves more than 16,000 clients around the world. Yabuki joined Fiserv and its Board of Directors in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Under Yabuki's leadership, the company announced Fiserv 2.0, a long-term strategic platform, transforming Fiserv into an integrated operating company. He also led the acquisition of CheckFree Corporation, the leader in electronic bill payment, bill presentment and Internet banking, the largest acquisition in the company's history. Prior to joining Fiserv, Yabuki was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at H&R Block for more than six years.





James W. Cox

James W. Cox is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Cox oversees all of the company's merger, acquisition and divestiture activities. Since taking this role in 2006, Cox has led the company through the divestiture of its businesses in trust, health and insurance, and was vital in the company's acquisition of CheckFree Corporation, the largest acquisition in the company's history. Before taking his current role, Cox served as Group President of Fiserv Health Solutions. Cox joined Fiserv in 2001 through the acquisition of Trewit and has 25 years of financial services experience.

Lance F. Drummond is Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Shared Services for Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Drummond leads the human resources function and is responsible for performance management, leadership development and culture, compensation and benefits, and related strategies for 20,000 Fiserv employees worldwide. Additionally, Drummond oversees many of the company's shared services, including Fiserv Global Services, procurement and real estate management. Drummond has more than eight years of experience in financial services and more than 30 years of experience in technology. Before joining Fiserv, Drummond led eChannels as the head of Online Banking and ATM Operations at Bank of America, where he established a track record of developing and operating scale businesses.





Michael P. Gianoni

Michael P. Gianoni is Group President of the Financial Institutions Group for Fiserv, Inc., and is responsible for Investment Services, Lending Services, Risk Management Solutions and Revenue Enhancement Solutions. Additionally, Gianoni serves as a member of the International Strategy steering committee. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology management positions. Before taking his current role, Gianoni served as President of Investment Services at Fiserv. Investment Services technology and workflow solutions enable hundreds of financial institutions to process separately managed accounts, unified managed accounts and mutual fund advisory accounts, and customized portfolios for individual and institutional investors, which represent about 65 percent of total managed account portfolios industry-wide.





Maryann Goebel

Maryann Goebel is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Fiserv, Inc., with oversight responsibility for global IT infrastructure, technology governance and spearheading programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the company's dispersed technology resources. Goebel joined Fiserv in 2009, bringing more than 30 years of progressive technology experience, including 15 years as a senior technology officer for some of the world's leading companies. Prior to Fiserv, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for DHL Express in Bonn, Germany, with responsibilities that included global express delivery into 222 countries.





Thomas J. Hirsch

Thomas J. Hirsch is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Fiserv, Inc. Hirsch, who has been with Fiserv for more than 15 years, manages all financial functions for the company. Before taking his current role, Hirsch served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Fiserv, and was responsible for investor relations and the treasury function. Hirsch joined the company in 1994 as Divisional Assistant Controller and has served as Corporate Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller. Prior to Fiserv, Hirsch spent eight years as Manager in the Audit Division of Deloitte & Touche LLP serving large, multi-national clients.





Donald J. MacDonald
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Donald J. MacDonald is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Fiserv, Inc. In this role, MacDonald is focused on refining the company's brand and product strategies, delivering strategic and market insights to help clients. MacDonald, who has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, product development and strategy, is the company's first Chief Marketing Officer. Since joining Fiserv in 2008, MacDonald led the company through a complete rebrand, launching a new market approach and uniting the company's businesses under one identity. Prior to Fiserv, MacDonald spent more than 20 years at Intel Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Intel's worldwide marketing organization based in San Jose, Calif.





Stephen E. Olsen

Steve Olsen is Group President of the Digital Payments Group for Fiserv, Inc. In this position, Olsen oversees Electronic Banking Services, Biller Solutions, Output Solutions and Card Services, and leads a number of important payment-related businesses including online and mobile banking, person-to-person payments, integrated credit and debit, and small business banking. In addition, Olsen chairs the Operating Committee at Fiserv, comprised of business leaders from across the company who are focused on specific strategic initiatives. Olsen has more than 25 years of experience in technology management. Before assuming his current position, Olsen served as Group President of the Depository Institution Services Group, overseeing Internet banking, electronic billing and payment and financial institution account processing. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer at CheckFree Corporation, which was acquired by Fiserv in 2007.





Charles W. Sprague

Charles W. Sprague is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Fiserv, Inc. In this position, Sprague is responsible for all the legal functions of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and government compliance. Sprague first served Fiserv as outside counsel in connection with the formation of Fiserv in 1984, and joined the company in 1994. Tait joined Fiserv in October 2009 as Executive Vice President to drive company's international strategy. In his new position, Tait will continue as chairman of the International Strategy steering committee. Prior to Fiserv, Tait served as President and CEO of RSM McGladrey, the fifth largest accounting, tax and consulting services firm in the United States and a subsidiary of H&R Block. Tait has more than 20 years of experience in technology and financial services.





Thomas W. Warsop, III
Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer

Thomas W. Warsop is Executive Vice President, Chief Sales Officer and head of the Global Sales Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Warsop is responsible for leading the company's worldwide sales organization, and heads relationship management teams serving large and mid-tier financial institutions. Warsop previously served as Group President of the Financial Institution Services Group at Fiserv, overseeing approximately half of the company, including lending, item processing, debit/credit ATM processing, cash and logistics, ACH solutions, risk and compliance and performance solutions. Warsop has more than 23 years of experience in technology and financial services. Prior to Fiserv, he spent nearly 18 years at EDS in a variety of leadership roles around the world, with a majority of his time focused on leading complex, enterprise sales and service in the financial services industry.
