Jeffery W. Yabuki is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV). Headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Fiserv has approximately 20,000 associates and serves more than 16,000 clients around the world. Yabuki joined Fiserv and its Board of Directors in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Under Yabuki's leadership, the company announced Fiserv 2.0, a long-term strategic platform, transforming Fiserv into an integrated operating company. He also led the acquisition of CheckFree Corporation, the leader in electronic bill payment, bill presentment and Internet banking, the largest acquisition in the company's history. Prior to joining Fiserv, Yabuki was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at H&R Block for more than six years and spent 12 years at The American Express Company.

Before taking his current role, Cox served as Group President of Fiserv Health Solutions. Cox joined Fiserv in 2001 through the acquisition of Trewit and has 25 years of financial services experience.

Mark A. Ernst is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Ernst provides oversight leadership in several key strategic areas including integrated product delivery, service quality, business insights and optimization and the achievement of the company's operational effectiveness objectives. Ernst joined Fiserv in January 2011. He was most recently Deputy Commissioner for Operations Support for the Internal Revenue Service, where he was responsible for technology, operations, shared services, human resources, and the chief financial office. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Bellevue Capital LLC, a private investment firm. Ernst led a transformation of tax and financial services at H&R Block, Inc., where he served as Chief Operating Officer for three years and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 through 2007. His background includes more than 25 years of senior management positions in the financial services industry.

Michael P. Gianoni is Group President of the Financial Institutions Group for Fiserv, Inc., and is responsible for Digital Channels (Online Banking and Mobile Banking), Investment Services, Lending Services, Risk Management Solutions, Consulting, and Output Solutions. Before taking his current role, Gianoni served as President of Investment Services at Fiserv. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology management positions. Gianoni joined the former CheckFree Corporation, now Fiserv, in 2006 as President of Investment Services.

Rahul Gupta is Group President of the Digital Payment Solutions Group for Fiserv. Appointed to this position in October 2011, Gupta provides oversight for several of the company's strategic payment platforms including electronic bill payment and presentment, biller solutions, card services and global payment solutions. Gupta previously served as President of the Card Services Division at Fiserv. In this role, he was responsible for card-based solutions including ATM/debit and credit processing, the ACCEL/Exchange network and UChoose Rewards® loyalty program, as well as bank and private label credit processing products. Prior to joining Fiserv in 2006, Gupta was President of U.S. Operations for eFunds Corp., a leading payments and risk management solutions provider. He has more than 25 years of experience serving the financial services and payment industries, which includes executive and senior management positions at i2 Technologies, Summit Marketing Group, Fidelity Investments and Price Waterhouse Management Consulting.

Thomas J. Hirsch is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Fiserv, Inc. Hirsch, who has been with Fiserv for more than 16 years, manages all financial functions for the company. Before taking his current role, Hirsch served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Fiserv, and was responsible for investor relations and the treasury function. Hirsch joined the company in 1994 as Divisional Assistant Controller and has served as Corporate Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller. Prior to Fiserv, Hirsch spent eight years as Manager in the Audit Division of Deloitte & Touche LLP serving large, multi-national clients.

Kevin Pennington is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV). In this role, Pennington leads the strategy and operations of human resources functions throughout Fiserv and serves as a member of the Fiserv Executive Committee.

Pennington joined Fiserv in October of 2012. Prior to Fiserv, Pennington most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Rogers Communications, one of Canada's largest communications companies with over 30,000 associates and more than $12 billion in annual revenue. He joined Rogers in 2005, as the corporate Human Resources leader and was tasked with developing the HR infrastructure as the company migrated from a holding company to an integrated operating business model. During his tenure, Kevin transformed the HR function and operating culture to support a successful, growing business.

Clifford Skelton is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV). In this role, Skelton is responsible for global information technology infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture, technology governance, and programs aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's technology platforms. Prior to joining Fiserv in April 2012, Skelton served as Global Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Ally Financial Corporation, a company he joined in 2007 after holding numerous leadership roles at Bank of America. Skelton completed a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy before beginning his career in financial services.

Charles W. Sprague is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Fiserv, Inc. In this position, Sprague is responsible for all the legal functions of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and government compliance. Sprague first served Fiserv as outside counsel in connection with the formation of Fiserv in 1984, and joined the company in 1994. Sprague has overseen all of the company's acquisitions, helping to build Fiserv into a $4.1 billion company it is today.

Tait joined Fiserv in October 2009 as Executive Vice President.
