James W. Cox is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Fiserv, Inc., responsible for driving the company’s merger, acquisition and divestiture strategy. Cox rejoined Fiserv in this role in 2017, having previously served in this role from 2006 through 2013. Cox has led the company through acquisitions that have driven differentiation in key solution areas and expanded its capabilities and scale, as well as divestitures that aligned the company with its strategic objectives. Key acquisitions he has spearheaded include CheckFree Corporation, Open Solutions, Inc. and CashEdge, each of which furthered the company’s delivery of solutions in step with the way people live and work today.
Previously, Cox served as EVP, Group President of Fiserv Health Solutions. He joined Fiserv in 2001 through the acquisition of Trewit and has 30 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Fiserv, Cox was managing partner of Lund Koehler Cox & Arkema, LLP, now part of Baker Tilley Virchow Krause. While a practicing CPA, Cox frequently advised clients on their merger and acquisition programs.
Cox earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Minnesota and practiced as a licensed CPA until 2000.
Mark A. Ernst is Chief Operating Officer at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Ernst provides oversight leadership in several key strategic areas including integrated product delivery, service quality, business insights and optimization and the achievement of the company's operational effectiveness objectives.
Ernst was most recently deputy commissioner for Operations Support for the Internal Revenue Service, where he was responsible for technology, operations, shared services, human resources, and the chief financial office. Prior to that, he was chief executive officer of Bellevue Capital LLC, a private investment firm. Jim Grech is Chief Information Officer at Fiserv, Inc. He oversees information technology infrastructure and operations, corporate systems, enterprise architecture, technology governance, and leads the company’s strategic focus on next generation technology platforms.
Grech has spent nearly three decades in the financial services technology industry. He joined Fiserv from BNY Mellon, where he was executive vice president of the Technology Services Group. In that role Grech had global responsibility for all technology infrastructure platforms, including the firm’s move toward cloud-enablement. Kevin P. Gregoire is Group President of the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Gregoire oversees the company's Card Services and Investment Services businesses.
Gregoire previously served as president of the Card Services Division at Fiserv, with responsibility for solutions including debit, credit, prepaid, and ATM processing, and the Accel™ network. Gregoire joined Fiserv in 2002 as part of the acquisition of EDS Consumer Network Services, which he joined in 1996. During his tenure, he has served in a number of diverse leadership roles including product development and management, settlement operations, risk management and security and compliance.

Robert (Bob) Hau is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Fiserv, Inc. and provides oversight for all financial functions of the company.
Hau has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company. At TE Connectivity, Hau was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives.
Previously, Hau served as chief financial officer for Lennox International Inc. Hau also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive financial and operations leadership roles, including serving as chief financial officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.
Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
Lynn S. McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Fiserv, Inc. In this position, McCreary is responsible for all the legal functions of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and government compliance. McCreary joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in March 2010.

With 25 years of human resources experience, his background also includes roles at Andersen Consulting, CNH Industrial and General Electric.

Kevin Schultz is Group President of the Digital Banking Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Schultz oversees the company’s consumer-focused electronic payment platforms and digital channel solutions.
Schultz most recently served as president of global financial services at First Data Corporation with oversight of payment processing services to financial institutions worldwide. Prior to First Data, Schultz served as global head of processing services at Visa Inc., where he managed its U.S. third party processing business, global risk products and domestic processing business expansion across all regions. Schultz began his career in 1982 at TYME Corporation, a pioneering regional ATM network, and later spent 13 years in senior leadership roles at Visa. He served as executive vice president, sales and marketing, at Global Payments Inc., prior to rejoining Visa in 2006.
Schultz has more than 30 years of experience in the payments and financial services industry. He holds a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
Steve Tait is Chief Sales Officer at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Tait leads the Global Sales Organization.

Byron C. Vielehr is Group President of the Depository Institution Services Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role Vielehr oversees the company’s domestic account processing businesses, which serve banks, thrifts and credit unions.
Vielehr has more than 25 years of technology and financial services experience. Prior to joining Fiserv in 2013, he served as President of International and Global Operations for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), where he was responsible for all D&B businesses outside of North America and led operations globally. During his tenure at D&B, which began as Chief Information Officer in 2005, Vielehr held a succession of senior executive positions, including leadership of its North American business, Global Risk Management Solutions, and D&B Sales and Marketing Solutions.
